Shipping in Australia is FREE on orders $150 and over or a flat rate of $10. International shipping is calculated by weight by Australia Post on check out.

Yes we do! Please keep in mind all shipping times and costs will vary per order. Please be conscious in the current covid19 pandemic international shipping has huge delays and may take 6-12 weeks to arrive.

Shipping within Australia will take 3-5 business days once mailed, all orders will be mailed within 2 business days of payment being received.
International shipping will vary depending on the destination, items should arrive within 5-20 business days, all orders will be mailed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

You may return items, at your cost, for a credit note with a 6 month expiry as we cannot guarantee stock will be available for size exchange.

Items must have all tags attached and be returned in new condition, the same as they were received and within 14 days since item being recieved.
Any damaged or worn items will not be eligible for a credit note and will not be returned to you.
Please be aware, there are NO returns on sale items.

No, unfortunately once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or altered. Please be certain of your order before proceeding through checkout and making payment.

Follow our social media accounts or join our mailing list to be notified of promotions as they occur. A promotional code will be available for a specific timeframe, enter the code at checkout to reap the rewards.

Sometimes items will be restocked, others wont be. Please email us regarding the item in question and we will let you know that status of the item/s. If the item is getting restocked we will email you as soon as it is available.

All transactions are in AUD

Pre-order items are available for purchase prior to their delivery to our HQ, to secure your item/s before they launch worldwide.
Each pre-order item page will display the expected delivery date.

You will not find a paper invoice in your deliveries, please refer to your confirmation emails for all relevant information. Koji & Ko are very passionate about taking care of the environment and firmly believe in reducing our footprint. Please contact us if this is an issue for you.
